Chase Sizemore, JD, LLM

Attorney Chase Sizemore has more than thirty years of experience handling U.S. immigration matters for businesses, investors, executives, individuals, and families.

His employment-based immigration experience includes a large-scale EB-3 program involving approximately 750 matters for major U.S. poultry-processing employers. His investment-based immigration work has included EB-5 programs involving assisted-living facilities, hotels, office buildings, franchise restaurants, and other U.S. projects.

Over the course of his immigration and cross-border practice, he estimates that he has assisted thousands of families and investors whose matters collectively involved approximately $500 million in capital transferred from overseas to the United States.

His broader international experience includes substantial professional work in South Korea, Mainland China, and Hong Kong SAR, where he lived and worked for many years.
