Nonprofit compliance involves more than maintaining tax-exempt status. Organizations must address recurring federal filings, charitable solicitation requirements, donor restrictions, conflicts of interest, recordkeeping, governance procedures, and other legal obligations that arise as programs and fundraising activities evolve. Chase Counsel works with nonprofit organizations to identify compliance risks, evaluate existing practices, and address legal issues before they become larger problems.
